About Me

My photo
I retired on March 11th 2014 after 26 years as a doctors receptionist. I am now looking forward to the freedom to enjoy my days doing anything I wish to. Spending time with family, catching up with friends. Playing in my Scrappy Shack, scrapbooking, cardmaking, art journalling, quilting, gardening, baking. Spending wonderful times with my beloved other half. I am so looking forward to this time in my life.

Trying....

I am still trying to produce a quilt for LillyBo but not getting very far. It will be done though. I am on late shift this week so will have at least 2 hours to spare each day to get myself and my nervous efforts sorted.

I am in the middle of trying to get my home and my  craft space "She's Scrappy Shack" sorted.  I have given myself 100 days to be able to see a difference, my shed has been temporarily re named "The Shed of Shame" I will say no more at the moment.....

  1. Don't stress Sheilagh, plenty of time and the next batch won't be donated until I get home from my travels. One of the other bloggers is facing the trials of organising her life and says that she was told to face things in 30 min bursts. Don't face yourself with the complete job, just do a part in 30 minute time blocks as you can face that. That's working for me!
    Lots of love Jo x
